The best way to ensure your 3D printer is performing at its peak is with a BigRep service contract. Take advantage of our exclusive support hotline, priority response times, annual maintenance visits, and included spare parts. Both the Maintenance Contract and Full Service Contract cover 100% of travel and accommodation costs for on-site service technicians. The Full Service Contract also includes troubleshooting visits twice per year with a service technician on-site within 96 hours.
